Intro

Readiness in Tempo is a brand new tab focused on analyzing day to day physiological readiness and adaptation to training.

There are many apps and dedicated hardware products that provide this functionality, this is Indie’s take on it. Special shoutout and my thanks to Marco Altini who has his own HRV app and openly shares his research on the topic.
